Marketing Services Market.
The marketing services market is growing, with the fastest expansion occurring in areas that create direct contact between brands and consumers.
In 2026, the market is projected to reach UAH 7.8 billion.
Trade marketing will remain the largest segment, growing by 20%, from UAH 2.3 billion to UAH 2.8 billion. This confirms the enduring importance of brand presence directly at the point of sale.
Consumer marketing and event marketing are expected to show the strongest growth, at 30% each. Investment in consumer marketing will increase to UAH 1.8 billion, while event marketing will reach UAH 2.2 billion.
Loyalty marketing will grow more slowly—by 15% to UAH 977 million. It remains the smallest market segment, although as customer acquisition becomes more expensive, building loyalty should arguably receive greater attention.
The projected market structure demonstrates businesses’ demand for direct interaction, visibility at the point of sale, and formats that create emotional experiences.
After focusing on short-term sales, companies appear ready to invest again in experiences that build longer-lasting, deeper connections with their audiences.
But are brands investing enough in customer retention if loyalty marketing remains the slowest-growing segment?
