Testing

For some positions, the selection process may include testing. Its format depends on the requirements of the specific role.

Testing usually helps assess logical and analytical thinking, ability to work with numerical information, professional knowledge, and level of English. The goal of testing is not only to evaluate your knowledge, but also to determine how well the position matches your skills and potential.
