Use of artificial intelligence.

17% use AI daily or almost daily, and another 10% use it several times a week. This is the core group of active users who have already integrated these tools into their everyday processes. At the same time, 7% turn to AI several times a month, while 3% use it even less frequently.

What’s more interesting is this: 41% are aware of AI but have never used it. This is the largest segment — and the main source of future growth. Another 10% are not aware of such technologies at all.

In essence, we are seeing a classic early-stage adoption pattern: high awareness, but clear barriers to usage — from a lack of understanding of practical value to the absence of habit.

For businesses, this means one thing: competition will soon shift from those who “know about AI” to those who actually use it in their processes, marketing, and products.

The question is no longer whether AI will become mainstream, but who will be the first to extract systematic value from it.

Is AI already a working tool in your company, or is it still just a topic for discussion?
