Dynamics of Telegram activity by day of the week.
Activity on Telegram is unevenly distributed throughout the week, and the numbers make this very clear. The peak of views falls in the middle of the working week: on Wednesday, total views reach 125 billion, and on Thursday they remain almost as high at 120 billion. These days form the core of weekly audience attention.
Reactions follow the same pattern. The highest engagement is recorded on Wednesday with 1.2 million reactions, slightly lower on Thursday at 1.1 million, and then dropping to 1.0 million on Friday. This indicates that engagement depends not only on content volume but also on the context of the day.
Monday and Tuesday show a stable but moderate level of consumption, with 80–84 billion views and 0.8–0.9 million reactions. In contrast, weekends see a sharp decline. On Saturday, views fall to just 51 billion and reactions drop to 0.5 million, the lowest level of the week. On Sunday, activity partially recovers, but it still does not reach weekday levels.
This pattern clearly indicates when it makes sense to compete for maximum reach and when it is better to focus on maintaining loyalty and presence.
Do you schedule your posts around peak attention, or do you still publish “when you have time”?
